A note from me,

‍After training & working as a professional dancer all around the world, I discovered that true transformation isn’t about chasing the 'perfect' body - it’s about feeling strong, confident and at home in yourself.


I spent many years unhappy with myself - under nourishing, using exercise to punish and my hormones were all over the place. After a deep dive into my healing, I finally feel connected to my mind & body, and the strongest I've ever felt.


‍Now as a qualified PT, barre instructor & women’s coach, I help ambitious women break free from diet cycles, build a body they feel proud of and create a fitness routine that fits their life. I'm also proud to be the winner of Portsmouths Alternative Business Awards Health & Wellbeing Warrior.
