JOIN THE COMMUNITYI’m Sammie, a qualified personal trainer and Barre instructor. My passion for fitness began after my professional dance career performing all over the world as I reframed my training from punishment to celebration! Moving because we CAN, not because we ‘should’.
I teach a FUN variety of Barre, strength, HIIT, and flexibility classes that are super feel good and use body affirming language throughout. No matter your fitness ability, I provide beginner to more advanced options that will ensure you get the most out of each workout. I am so grateful for our growing, supportive community - showing up together, seeing how capable we really are and making fitness work around our busy lifestyles!

Sammie’s online classes have changed my life for the better! I have built her workouts in my daily routine and it sets me up for the day. There is so much variety, it never gets boring and Sammie is so motivational. For the first time I feel a difference in my strength & body!
Sammie’s classes are such a fun way to workout! I had never tried Barre but then it quickly became addictive and my favourite way to exercise. Sometimes I think “That was only 50 minutes?!” but I feel like I've worked every muscle possible and I want more!
